In the arts...• March 29, 1-4 pm: The Alton Mill Arts Centre presents Headwaters Art Battle #249. Come watch the third round of the regional competition, as twelve artists go head-to-head in three fiercely contested 20-minute rounds. Free screening of award-winning film Thin Ice at 11 a.m., followed by talks by Andrew Welch, author of The Value Crisis, and Holly Nadalin of Credit Valley Conservation group.
