Great escape planned for this summer

The Prison Break obstacle race will be back on June 27th A well-established event in Eastern Canada, the Prison Break Race will welcome over 2000 escapees at the Mansfield Outdoor Center on June 27th. The race concept is quite unique: You've been convicted for a crime you did not commit. Equipped with a belt and 3 flags, escapees must run a 5k obstacle course while avoiding the prison guards roaming in 5 different zones. The race is accessible to anyone looking for a fun challenge amongst friends or family. Minimum age requirement is 14. The local community is invited to register early to run the race or to sign up as a volunteer. The organizers need 100 volunteers and 100 prison guards to make the event a success. Proudly Canadian, Prison Break has seen 16,000 prisoners escape since its first year (2013). Prison Break will begin its 2015 tour in Mansfield on June 27th and move on to Montreal on July 11–12th, Lower Saint-Lawrence on August 1st and Quebec City on August 15–16th.
