On Monday night at the Town of Shelburne Council meeting, CAO John Telfer received the AMCTO Membership Service Award. His citation reads: “In recognition of your 20 years of faithful service to the AMCTO (Association of Municipal Managers and Treasurers of Ontario) and personal contribution to the municipal profession, a grateful association presents to John Telfer AMCT this certificate as a testimonial of its goodwill, appreciation and respect.”
