Shelburne brings on new Economic Development coordinator

The Town of Shelburne is pleased to introduce Carol Maitland as the new Economic Development and Marketing Coordinator.
Carol is looking forward to engaging in more social media communication and facilitating positive dialogue for the Town of Shelburne.
“Over the next few years, I will be mentored in the Economic Development role from the current CAO/Clerk,” stated Ms. Maitland. “I will facilitate initiatives between the BIA, the Shelburne EDC and Town Council.”
CAO/Clerk John Telfer stated: “We are pleased to have Carol Maitland as part of our team and look forward to her providing additional attention to the economic growth that we are now experiencing in all aspects of commercial, industrial and residential.”
Shelburne EDC Chair, Wade Mills stated that he is “very pleased to welcome Carol and he is confident that her impressive set of skills will be invaluable as we implement our economic strategic plan”.
