Shelburne Police seek assistance in locating missing man

On Saturday, March 25, family of a 41-year-old man contacted Shelburne Police to report that they have not heard from, or seen him since early March.

Reported missing is 41-year-old David Ambrose from Dundalk.  David also has ties to Shelburne and the Oshawa area. It is believed that David was last seen in Shelburne on March 3 or 4.

David is described as male, Caucasian, thin build, about 168cm (5'6”), short grey hair, often unshaven or short beard.  He has a tattoo of two eyes on the back of his head, and a tattoo of the initials “DA” in a square on his left arm.

This photo of David is approximately five weeks old.

There is unverified information that David may have travelled by bus, or was hitchhiking to the western provinces, and at some point may have been in Winnipeg during this time period. However, David's well-being is unknown, and his whereabouts are unknown.  He could be anywhere in Canada, including back in the Shelburne or Dundalk area.

David's family is concerned for him.

Shelburne Police is appealing the public to call them at 519-925-3312 with any information they may have.
