16 year old charged with stunt drivingOn Thursday July 18, at 7:15 p.m. Dufferin OPP were conducting radar enforcement on Airport Road near Hockley road in Town of Mono. Officers observed a south bound vehicle travelling at a high rate of speed. This vehicle was clocked at 145 km per hour in an 80km per hour zone. Police stopped the vehicle and charged the 16yr old male driver from Fergus, Ontario with stunt driving. His drivers license and vehicle were impounded for 7 days. He will make a court appearance at a later date in Orangeville. |
