Bantam LL1 Georgian Bay Triangle Champs

The Shelburne Wolves Bantam LL1 team won the local league on Monday night after squashing Wasaga Beach to win the A Pool League Finals with a 6–3 final score. The Bantam LL1 is the only Shelburne team to win the local league and to top it the Buffalo Pepsi championship. The team were lagging behind in the first period when Wasaga scored the first goal, then their 2nd goal. Not to get too down, Shelburne quickly caught up and period 2 ended with a tie 2–2. Shelburne played hard to get their final 4 goals in period 3. Goals were scored by Cole Timmins (4), Kyle Burke (1) and Sawyer Kirsten (1). Hockey is now officially over for this season!
