Headwaters Arts Youth Scholarship Awards Ceremony and Talent Showcase The Headwaters Arts Youth Committee will be presenting the winners of its 2013 Youth Scholarship Awards this Saturday, March 29, starting at 3 p.m. Admission is free, and the event takes place at the Headwaters Arts Gallery, Alton Mill Arts Centre, 1402 Queen Street W. in Alton. All four of the 2013 scholarship recipients will be present and showcasing their talents at the ceremony. The Headwaters Arts Board of Directors will be presenting the awards to each student and talking about the importance of supporting youth in the arts in our community.
