Dundalk man arrested two days in a row

On Friday June 13th Shelburne Police launched a theft investigation on Ann Street. As a result of the investigation 46 year Cary Micks of Dundalk was arrested and charged with theft under $5000.00 and possession of property obtained by crime – both under the Criminal Code of Canada. He was released on a Promise to Appear and Undertaking with various conditions while awaiting a court date in July. The following day, Saturday June 14th, Micks was observed breaching one of his conditions he was placed on the previous day. Micks was again arrested by Shelburne Police for breaching his undertaking and charged accordingly.
