Road closed for investigationOn November 20, at 10:02 p.m., OPP officers from the Dufferin Detachment were called to a domestic incident in Melancthon Township. As a result of recent developments surrounding this ongoing investigation, the Province's Special Investigation Unit (SIU) has been notified and has invoked its mandate. Further inquiries should be directed to SIU Communications at (416) 622-2342. The 2nd Line Melancthon between the 20th Sideroad and Dufferin County Road 21 was closed for a period of time while the investigation unfolded. |
