Holiday Hours
December 24th – to January 4th, opening again on Monday, January 5th, 2015
We complained about the snow storm last week and now the weather changed and we had a wind storm for variety! Some folks in this immediate area are still without power; what a good reason to light that fire and have one or two of our new books on hand.
THIS SATURDAY: November 29-Silent Auction and Book Sale
This might be one of our best ever!! We have so many wonderful items: A lovely rag quilt, a unique wooden folding stepstool, gorgeous gift baskets… a lovely one from Granny Taught Us How, original paintings, special baked goods and so much more. There will be a not to be missed book sale as we have so many books here and an unbelievably beautiful selection of books that will be part of our book baskets.
FOOD FOR FINES
month of December
Bring in all your overdue books and for a donation of non-perishable food items or toys and we will “forgive” your fines. We will then, donate the food to the Food Bank and help some needy families have a healthy meal.
