Shelburne Legion newsI would like to start this article by thanking the bar tenders, staff, ladies auxiliary and executive for the exceptional job everyone has done this past month. We have been very busy and good team work always makes things go smooth. We will not be having a Jam Night this Friday, but Micah will still be serving food from 5 – 8 p.m. so if you don't want to cook during this busy season come on in and eat in or take out. Thank you to all the volunteers that help make darts, euchre and bingo such a success. Monday December 22nd there will be a Christmas Jackpot of $1,000 at Bingo. Play begins at 7 p.m. Wednesday December 24th we will be open from 1 – 6 p.m., bring in a snack or a dish and come for some Christmas Cheer. The branch will be closed on Christmas Day and then open from 1 – 6 p.m. on the 26th. January 1st, I will be hosting the Presidents Levy, come join me for some snacks and punch between 1 – 6 p.m. Our next Wing Night will be on Jan. 9th with ‘The Camp Fire Poets' as entertainment.
