Shelburne Legion news


Well the floor resurfacing in the upper bar area is complete. Thank you to Dan, Garry, Jimmy, Murry, Philip and Wayne for all of their hard work and knowledge in doing this floor properly, it looks great! Thank you for your patience during this project, fumes were a bit high but that's the price you pay to have it done correctly so it can last for many years to come.
Bingo jackpot on Monday the 16th will be $1,000 if this proves to be successful we will continue with the $1,000 jackpot. Thank you for your support.
Wednesday's our Veterans meet for coffee, if you are a Veteran and would like to join in on the fun. Just come to the branch at 10:30 a.m., you do not need to be a member to be a part of this amazing group of men and women.
Thursday evening euchre is getting bigger as the year goes on, play begins at 7 p.m.
Friday the 13th is Jam Night with Andre Perrier aka “Pepe SOT” as our host, Mitchell Lee will be making an appearance if he makes it home from school. Both of these nights are open to members and non members. Micah's Kitchen will be open from Wednesday through Friday this week. He will have potato and bacon soup with cheese biscuit or chicken caesar wrap on Thursday.
It's Italian night again on Friday with pasta bolognese with meatballs with garlic bread or meatballs and mozzarella on a ciabatta bun for Friday night. Eat in or take-out.
Newfie Night with Off The Rocker's is on March 14th, tickets are available at the bar for $20 each. Sorry we can not hold any tickets it is first come first serve. Don't miss out, this event sells out every year. If you have not picked up your membership card for this year, please do so they are at the bar. Sorry for the delay.
Our next Wing Night is on Friday the 20th with Wasted Measures as entertainment.
