Towne Fitness offers many fitness options




Towne Fitness has been an important part of the Shelburne Community for two and a half years. During that time, services have evolved offering a variety of classes, personal training and nutrition support to meet the needs of its membership.
Owners, Hannah and Jeff Sine, are both certified personal trainers and work with members to improve their overall fitness and meet their fitness goals. They are excited to announce the newest addition of the Towne Fitness Personal Training Team, Alexandra Cargill.
Allie, is a Registered Kinesiologist who loves to work with people, providing them with exercise solutions to enhance their daily performance. She holds a Bachelor of Applied Science Degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion from Sheridan College, a registration with the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario, a membership with the Ontario Kinesiology Association, Standard First Aid and CPR-C and a Reebok Cycle Instructor certification.
Allie's addition adds a new dimension to the services available at Towne Fitnes. Whether you are looking for a personalized training package or an injury recovery plan, they have you covered. Drop by and meet the team of trainers and check out their first class facility in the heart of Shelburne – opposite Giant Tiger/Foodland.
A membership at Towne Fitness offers; 24 hour access, 7 days a week, staffed 6 days a week, showers/lockers, towel service, nutrition support, weight loss challenge groups, free classes including; TRX, kettlebell, Bootcamp, Le Barre and Running Group.
