The registry promotes communication and gives police quick access to critical information about a registered vulnerable person. The Registry can provide police with emergency contact information, detailed physical descriptions, known routines, favourite attractions or special needs of the vulnerable individual. This information can assist officers in communicating with, attending a residence of or dealing with an emergency involving a vulnerable individual. The vulnerable person or their legal guardian can fill out a form, attach a recent photo of the vulnerable person, and submit it at the police station. Each application will be reviewed and if it meets the proper criteria, the person will be added to the registry. This form is available online at www.shelburnepolice.com or from the police station. It is very important to complete each section of this form and attach a latest photo of the individual when submitting the form. --------------------------------------------------- Images: --------------------------------------------------- --------------------------------------------------- Post date: 2015-05-07 19:40:56 Post date GMT: 2015-05-07 23:40:56 Post modified date: 2015-05-13 19:16:36 Post modified date GMT: 2015-05-13 23:16:36 ____________________________________________________________________________________________ Export of Post and Page as text file has been powered by [ Universal Post Manager ] plugin from www.gconverters.com
