Title: Man charged in threatening, harassment case

On May 8th Shelburne Police launched an investigation after receiving complaints from a couple of people concerned about harassing phone calls and threats to cause bodily harm. The threatening conduct started on May 7th. The threats were between tenants in a common housing complex. The victims are not related to the accused.
As a result of the investigation, 52 year old Ronald McAllister was arrested and charged with 2 counts of Utter Death Threats to Cause Bodily Harm, 1 count of Criminal Harassment, and 1 count of Harassing Telephone Calls.
The accused was held for a bail hearing.
