Orangeville Music Theatre is holding auditions July 17, 18, & 19 for two exciting shows, Shrek The Musical and Alice In Wonderland Jr. Both Shows will play at The Orangeville Opera House in January 2016.
SHREK The Musical (Parts available for all ages)
“Once upon a time, there was a little ogre named Shrek…” And thus begins the tale of an unlikely hero who finds himself on a life-changing journey alongside a wisecracking Donkey and a feisty princess who resists her rescue. Throw in a short tempered bad guy, a cookie with an attitude, and over a dozen other fairy tale misfits, and you've got the kind of mess that calls for a real hero. Luckily, there's one on hand...and his name is Shrek.
Alice In Wonderland Jr. (auditions are open to ages 18 and under)
Lewis Carroll's famous inquisitive heroine comes to life in Disney's Alice In Wonderland JR., a delightful adaptation of the classic Disney film. Join Alice as she chases the White Rabbit, races the Dodo Bird, gets tied up with Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum, raps with a bubble-blowing Caterpillar, and beats the Queen of Hearts at her own game!
