Shelburne Legion newsThe last long weekend of the summer is here. Why not let the Legion take some of the stress away from getting the kids ready for the new school year. Bring the entire family in for Red Friday Wing Night on Sept. 4th, wings are served from 5–9 p.m. The all request D.J. Rob Martine will be there to entertain. Friday September 11th, Andre will be hosting his finally Jam Night in the Warriors Hall. We hope that Andre and Stephanie have a great future in Ottawa. September 13th will be our monthly breakfast from 9 a.m. until noon. The branch has euchre every Monday at 2 p.m. and Thursday beginning at 7 p.m. You do not need to be a member to come out and play, just come a half hour earlier and register. Darts will start up on September 16th, sign up sheets are at the branch. Saturday September 26th will be our Chola and Lola 4th Annual Golf Tournament in Dunadel with a full steak dinner back at the branch. The cost is $35 per player, carts are not included.
