New Fair Ambassador

The new Youth Ambassador of the 148th Shelburne & District Fall Fair is 11 year old Warren Swiderski. Warren, along with Senior Fair Ambassador Jade Fleming, will represent Shelburne at other local area fairs, parades and events for 2015–2016. The newly crowned ambassadors were on hand for various events throughout the fair weekend. The Shelburne Agriculture Society is proud to have Jade Fleming representing the Fall Fair for the second year in a row while saying goodbye with appreciation to outgoing Junior Fair Ambassador Alisha Litt who thanked her sponsors and the Ambassador Committee for the opportunities of the past year. Young Warren Swiderski showed his ability and confidence in an excellent speech about his life and work on his parent’s farm and his participation in the 4H club of Ontario. Entertainment for the evening was provided by “Spiritual Medium” Chris Stillar of Alliston. Stillar received a good response from a large crowd curious to see him demonstrate his professed ability to connect with ‘the beyond.’ Congratulations to Warren and Jade from the Shelburne Free Press, there is no doubt that you will both be excellent Ambassadors for the Shelburne & District Fair in the year ahead.
