Title: Throwing stones

Dear editor:
I find it interesting that the Federal Liberal Candidate, Mr. Ed Crewson, would demand repayment of “hundreds of thousands of dollars” to we the taxpayers, and that “The Harper government and his representatives cannot be trusted”. Mr. Crewson fails to mention that the Senate expense scandal also includes former members of the Liberal Party of Canada (Mac Harb) who were also charged criminally.
Has Mr. Crewson demanded the repayment of the millions of dollars that were misappropriated during our last federal Liberal government's tenure during the sponsorship scandal? During this scandal, that cost the taxpayers considerably more, PMO staff were found to be directly involved, which has not been the case during the Senate expense scandal.
As Mr. Crewson's Federal Liberal party lives in a glass house, it would be best that they not throw stones.
