On Friday, October 2, at 2:24 p.m., Grey County OPP stopped a 2008 Chevrolet Cobalt on Main Street East, Dundalk, after the driver was observed operating the vehicle without wearing a seat belt. After a brief conversation, police found that the driver failed to have valid insurance for the vehicle.
25-year old Justine Lambercy of Dundalk, was charged with failing to properly wear a seatbelt under the Highway Traffic Act and operating a motor vehicle on highway – no insurance under the Compulsory Automobile Insurance Act.
She is scheduled to appear in court in Owen Sound on October 26.
