Peewee Rep supports food bank Tom Robbins and Rudy Pedri, coaches for the Shelburne Wolves Pewee Rep team, organized a fundraiser in support of the local food bank this fall. Every time a player wore his baseball cap to a hockey game – violating the dress code – they were made to donate a can of food or other non-perishable item to Sheppard's Cupboard (inside Dufferin Oaks) as punishment. After several weeks, four boxes had been filled to help support local families in need this holiday season. The food items were presented to representatives of the food bank last Thursday evening.
