A sweet march break

By Marni Walsh

Maple taffy was just one of the sweet samples at the Dufferin County Museum and Archives' “Sugaring Off Party” for kids and families during March Break.

Visitors joined in a “maple-ing in” ceremony on Saturday afternoon, visited tapped trees, and watched the sap boil. This was just one of many great events at the museum, including, puppets, magic, crafts, drumming, square dancing and making soup. Photo Courtesy of DCMA
