Rhubarb all year long Orangeville resident John Barber, a.k.a. “The Mad Plumber” looks for alternative ways to preserve the summer – with fresh rhubarb marmalade, of course! Barber, a retired plumber, says he enjoys coming to the Shelburne Farmer's Market, where he found the rhubarb jelly he holds now, to “get out of the house” and try fresh local products such as this.
