Brightside Tack and Equestrian Supplies Inc.: horsing around Shelburne, finally The Grand Opening of Brightside Tack & Equestrian Supplies Inc., located at 506195 Highway 89 Unit 3, will be held Saturday, July 6th beginning at 9 a.m. This new business is a very welcomed and greatly appreciated service to Shelburne and the surrounding area carrying an extremely wide variety of everything equestrian including both English and Western styles. Owner, Shannon Zayachkowski is extremely eager to provide a service she herself has wished for over many years of travelling great distances away from Shelburne to shop for equine supplies. Owner of six horses herself, Zayachkowski has been intentionally bringing in a variety of products from many different suppliers. “I want to save people money on gas and travel time. So many times I would get home to Shelburne and realize I had forgotten something and that would mean another half hour drive. I have every familiar brand people are used to seeing, a great variety of new products, very competitive prices and our location is extremely convenient,” said Zayachkowski. In addition to the great product available at Brightside, the location will appeal to all horse owners as trailers and parking is very convenient and accommodating. Zayachkowski elevates customer service to new heights introducing consignment services where second hand saddles can be sold at a very low consignment fee. Saturday's Grand Opening festivities will include a barbecue, door prizes, and the savings will run through to Sunday as well. Taking advantage of social media, Brightside's facebook page is a huge success and worth the visit if only to read the positive feedback already reviewed. Customers love Brightside! So pleased with the store, customer Andrew Nowell donated his time and very skilled services creating a wooden horse cut out which now sits a top of the store's exterior, welcoming all. “Feedback has been great and everyone so far is so supportive and eager for our success,” says Zayachkowski happily adding with a chuckle, “Our main focus is to cater to local horse peeps!” From hats to helmets, harnesses to trail spray, this store can fill all your Equestrian show apparel needs, making Brightside, the bright side to your equine shopping experience.
