Trillium Ford hosting Show & Shine at Shelburne locationWritten By Brian Lockhart It's time to start polishing the chrome and waxing the paint on your special vehicle as the warmer weather arrives and auto enthusiasts get ready to bring their summer cars out of the garage. Trillium Ford in Shelburne will host its first annual All-Wheels Show & Shine at its Highway 89 dealership just east of Shelburne. The event takes place on the Father's Day weekend and is open to anything with wheels, including trucks, tractors, vintage and custom built vehicles, class cars, imports, kit-built, and Ford muscle cars. There will be eight trophy classes at the event. This includes People's Choice, Truck, Muscle, Import, Special Interest, Classic, Ford, and Best in Show. This is an all-day event with plenty of other activities going on after you see all the vehicles. There will be a face painter (Fun Faces by Mel) from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., live music, treats like snow cones and cotton candy, a food truck, and a magic show with performances at noon and 2:00 p.m. During the event, Trillium Ford Lincoln Ltd. will be open for guests to tour and speak with Ford Certified technicians, service and parts advisors, and sales associates. Registration for the event is now open at www.trilliumford.com/showandshine. Or you can contact Marketing Manager / Even Coordinator Wendy Gabrek at wendy.gabrek@trilliumford.com or call 519-925-5101. Admission on the day of the event is by donation to the Shelburne Shepherd's Cupboard Food Bank. The Trillium Ford Shelburne Show & Shine will take place on Saturday, June 17, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. In the event of inclement weather, the rain date will be Sunday, June 18. |
