Domestic dispute investigation results in four criminal charges on Shelburne man: On Thursday September 5th Shelburne Police responded to a domestic dispute call for service. The investigation resulted in an adult Shelburne male being arrested and charged with assault, two counts of Breach of Recognizance and one count of Breach of Probation. The accused was held for a bail hearing. This is the 4th time this year the same male has been arrested and charged for domestic related incidents. The name of the accused is being withheld for the benefit of the victim.
