“A Time to Remember” The Orangeville Community Band, under the direction of John Wervers, and in conjunction with the Shelburne Legion, Branch 220, presented “A Time to Remember” on Saturday, November 2, 2013 at 7:30 p.m. at the Legion. This free Remembrance Day service featured a musical performance, readings and a video tribute to local veterans. The event was intended to honour members of the armed forces, both past and present, who have selflessly served to ensure we may live in freedom. Photo Submitted |
