Thank you for supporting the Michael Tupling Memorial Tournament Dear editor: We would like to express our sincere and heartfelt thank you to all of those who participated in the 3rd Annual Michael Tupling Memorial Tournament. We had another successful year, with eight teams participating. Thank you to everyone who volunteered their time preparing and organizing the tournament, score/time keeping, refereeing, bartending, and preparing and serving meals throughout the tournament. Your hard work, dedication, and support is greatly appreciated. A special thank you to those who generously donated silent auction items, monetary donations, and those who showed their support by coming out to watch some hockey games. The Michael Tupling Memorial Foundation was established to encourage youth involvement and leadership in the community. All the proceeds from this tournament will go towards recreation activities and community projects and help provide financial support for youth in the North Dufferin community who may not otherwise have the financial resources to participate.
