Recently the Shelburne Bantam LL2 played Essa.

Team officials say it was a strong performance for the Shelburne team, which worked well together.

Goal scorers for Shelburne were Luke Russell (2), Jake Armstrong (2), Brandon Way (2), Cam Newton (2), Kyle Tomlinson and Carter Ferrier.

Assists went to Carter Ferrier (3), Kyle Tomilson (2), Myles Lee (2), Luke Russell, Jordan Varley, Jake Armstrong, Cam Newton and Litt.

Sharing goalie duties for the shutout were Jarrod Baleka and Brandon Donnelly-AP.
