Shelburne Legion newsIt's that time of year again, Newfie Time! Tickets are on sale at the branch, don't wait. They go fast. Off the Rockers will be performing that night (March 8), there will be a boiled dinner and tons of fun all for $15 each. Euchre in the day and Bingo in the evening, there's no better way to spend a Monday. Our monthly breakfast is on March 2nd, thank you to Downey Potatoes for supplying the potatoes each month. Our next Wing Night is on March 7th, back by popular demand is Midnight Special. Get rid of the winter blahhs by coming out to our Beach Bash. Wear your craziest Hawaiian shirt or your brightest shorts. The fun all takes place on the 14th of March. Volunteers are a very important part of the operation of the legion. If you are interested in joining a great group of people just call the branch and sign up 519 925-3800. |
