Crime Stoppers: rash of B&E’s


Crime Stoppers of Simcoe-Dufferin-Muskoka along with the local police services are requesting the assistance of the public in solving these crimes.

Over the last 2 weeks there has been a rash of break and enters occurring in Simcoe, Dufferin and Muskoka area. Police are asking for the public to be mindful of suspicious or unfamiliar vehicles parked on side roads near any residence. Call the police and indicate the location of the vehicle, its description and licence number.

Police are also asking for public to call police if someone attends their front door mistakenly (wrong address). This is commonly done to see if there is anyone home prior to breaking in.

Any person with information regarding the person(s) responsible for these crimes or any other crimes please contact the Police.
