Man arrested for domestic assaultShelburne Police conducted an investigation into allegations of a domestic assault that took place on May 3rd. The investigation resulted in a 29 year old Shelburne man being arrested and charged with two counts of Assault, one count of Choking, one count of Forcible Confinement and one count of Mischief. The accused was held awaiting a bail hearing. The identification of the accused is being withheld for the protection of the victim and witnesses. |
