A Shelburne officer observed the vehicle and started an investigation. As a result 48 year old Shamsher Singh Chahil of Woodbridge was arrested for impaired operation of a motor vehicle. He was released on a promise to appear with a court date set for later this month. The dangers of driving while impaired are significant all too often result in property damage, serious injury or even death.
