Shelburne Legion newsI would like to start this month with thank you! We have a great group of people that enjoy helping with our events. This group continues to volunteer regularly and have a great time while they are doing it. We also have people helping behind the seen regularly as well as our bar staff, great job everyone. Without the help of Volunteers, Legions would be suffering. If you are interested in being a Volunteer please contact the branch at 519 925-3800. Monday we have Euchre during the day and Bingo in the evening. Wednesday our Veterans get together. Thursday we are open until 10 p.m. This Friday July 11th is Wing Night in the back hall with D.J. Terrence. Friday July 18th Brenda Willis and Mark Ostrowski will be hosting their first Jam Night at our branch. Keep September 27th open, we will be having a video dance hosted by KICX FM. Tickets are available at the bar. If you are interested in helping over Fiddle Weekend please leave a message for Carl Robinson at the branch, this event takes a lot of volunteers. |
