The ongoing investigation revealed that one of the vehicles involved was stolen at the time of the collision.  As a result a Shelburne teenager was arrested and charged on Thursday April 10th for theft of a motor vehicle and possession of property obtained by crime.  The youth was released on a promise to appear and undertaking with a court date in May.
