Headwaters Health Care Centre welcomed the first baby of 2015 on January 1st, a boy, born to parents. Jacelyn and Shandor Alphonso of Orangeville. Nixon Alphonso was born at 8:07 a.m. weighing 7 pounds, 8 ounces and is joined by big brother Zander at home. The Alphonso family received warm congratulations and a large gift basket of baby items that were generously donated by the Metro Punjabi Sports Club and Shoppers Drug Mart (Highway 10 and Mayfield branch).
