In a recent resurgence in popularity, teens have been becoming more interested in Ham Radio's. “I talk to people all over the world and if there was an emergency, I could help communicate with others and maybe get help where it's needed,” commented newly certified Noah Cruikshank. A licence is required to operate a ham radio, and can be achieved in a ten week course.
