Impaired charges


On November 23rd, Shelburne Police received a complaint from a citizen of a vehicle travelling at high speeds, passing other motorists in an unsafe manner. Officers stopped the vehicle and discovered the driver had consumed alcohol and performed a roadside test. The driver failed the test and subsequent tests at the station resulted in charges of Impaired driving and excess alcohol against a male party from Owen Sound.
