Dear editor: I agree with the writers description of our “historic downtown” and “heritage downtown”. What better says historic or heritage, than a big LED sign. It is an additional distraction to drivers at an already busy intersection and out of place in our quaint charming historic downtown. Theres no mention of the price if this LED sign, regardless, I am surprised that it is already installed, up and running yet council had to deliberate on the priority and value of allocating funds for sidewalk accessibility repairs.
