			<title>Overnight parking restrictions</title>

			<content-encoded><![CDATA[<p class="p1">A reminder to Shelburne residents and motorists that winter overnight parking restrictions have taken effect, as of midnight last night.</p>
<p class="p1">No vehicles are to be parked on any roadways between midnight and 8:00 a.m. every day.<span class="Apple-converted-space">  </span>This allows for snow removal and other winter road, boulevard and sidewalk maintenance.</p>
<p class="p1">By-law 8-1983 issues a $15.00 fine for any contraventions.</p>
<p class="p1">This parking restriction on Shelburne town roadways (residential and industrial) will be in effect until April 15th 2018.</p>
<p class="p1">This by-law is not dependant on snowfall or any other weather conditions.<span class="Apple-converted-space">  </span>Regardless of weather conditions parking on all roadways is prohibited during these hours.</p>
<p class="p1">The Shelburne Police is also reminding motorists that vehicles cannot be parked on or over sidewalks or boulevards – anytime of the year.</p>]]></content-encoded>
