Before you go to bed on Saturday night (Nov. 1st) don’t forget to set your clocks back by one hour.
As of 2 a.m. on Sunday, November 2nd, Daylight Savings time will officially end. Although we will gain an hour of sleep there after, we will also lose an hour of sunlight in the evenings.
So if you wake up at 8 a.m. on Sunday (and if you didn’t set your clock back an hour before bed) ‘Fall Back’ into bed, ‘cause it’s only 7 a.m., and settle in for a long winter.
