The Market and ‘The Donkeys’

Owners of ‘The Market’, Doug and Virginia Hansford, invite the community of Shelburne and surrounding area to visit their store located on Highway 124. The Market, a relatively new business to Shelburne offers a wide variety of specialty ice creams, cheese, bread, delectable baked goods, fresh vegetables, frozen meals, preserves, novelty gift items and will soon be offering holiday wreaths, Christmas trees, Christmas gifts and crafts. The Market’s hours for the winter months will be Thursday to Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. The Hansford’s also invite the community to attend the November 22nd Craft Show at the Shelburne Legion where they will have their wares on display for sale. Weather permitting, the Hansford’s will be bring beloved pet donkeys, Fancy Pants, Panda and show–off, Larry to The Market for all to meet.
