Thank you to all of those that helped out around the branch this past weekend. It was a busy one for all of us with the Cadet Anniversary, Drum Head and monthly breakfast. Job well done everyone.
This Friday is Wing Night with The Pedestrians. Every Friday is RED Friday. We wear red to show our support to our troops.
The sign up sheets are now available for volunteers to help out on June 20th for Heritage Day as well as July 1st for Canada Day.
The President has been busy with meetings this past month for both Heritage Day and Fiddle Weekend. Both of these events prove to be large ones for the branch. There will be many activities at both.
The Legion will be having an all ages dance on the 20th with Sassy Sandra as the DJ, from 4 – 8 p.m. Mel Lea will be making home made pizzas on June 19th and June 20th (for the dance).
The annual golf tournament has been booked for Saturday September 26th. If you require a power cart just give Dunadel a call and make your reservation.
Happy Birthday to everyone in the month of June, there sure are a lot of you.
The Ladies will be having a luncheon on June 18th from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
There will be a General Meeting on June 23rd at 7:30 p.m., this will be the last one for the summer months.
