Exciting (free) Children’s Program

• Pandora’s Sox: Saturday, December 12, at 11 a.m.

In keeping with the festive theme, we will be hosting Pandora`s Sox, a creative puppet show for the children in the community. Tickets are free with a donation of food for the Food Bank and Christmas hampers. Please get your tickets now and come and enjoy this event as our way of inviting you into YOUR library!!!

Thank you!

• To all of you who made such wonderful donations to our Silent Auction and to all of you who came out last Saturday and purchased the items. It was truly a wonderful event thanks to our community support. We were thrilled at the popularity of our Book Baskets…we had created 39 of these festive book baskets and 37 sold that day. We have two left and are busy creating a few more. So…if you need a hostess gift or any gift for the holiday, come and check them out. We are also able to do custom gift baskets with enough lead time. A big thank you also to staff and volunteers who dedicated a lot of their time to organizing and making everything look so festive.

Sunday, December 20: 1–4 p.m.: Holiday table or mantel centerpiece.

For all those who missed the outdoor centerpiece workshop you have another chance to learn some flower arranging. This time it is an indoor table centerpiece. All the flowers, greens and other materials will be supplied. The cost of this workshop is $40. The great thing about these workshops is that you will learn skills so you can create beautiful flower arrangements for any occasion.
