Kin Canada was founded in 1920 by Harold Rogers and this non-profit organization exudes positive values and national pride. Shelburne Kinettes celebrated National Day of Kindness on Saturday February 22nd and in a random act of kindness gave beautiful bunches of flowers to the community of Shelburne. Many lucky recipients were thrilled by the unexpected gift that had been donated to the Kinettes by French’s Flowers.
“When we were approached by the Kinettes, we thought it was a good idea and a really nice thing to do for the community,” commented Patricia Racanelli, owner of French’s Flowers.
“You never know what everyone is going through. This makes me feel awesome especially when people give you the biggest smile!,” commented Kinette, Nikki Williams who had been randomly giving out bouquets to the people of Shelburne.
