March Break is almost here and I certainly hope the weather gives us a break by then. Our tickets are rapidly selling for our programs… check out our ad in the paper!  I will give you a few details here as well.

Monday, the first day, is a good time to sleep in, come to the library and get some books in preparation for the week ahead.

March Break: Then Tuesday, March 11, we have Creature Quest at the Library at 2 p.m. This is one of our most popular events because most kids, not so much adults love to get close and touch  one of the reptiles or bugs  or….? At this point, we are sold out!

On Wednesday, March 12, we have Robin Hood at 10:30 a.m. at the Grace Tipling Hall and on Thursday, March 13 at 2 p.m. we have a musical and interactive entertainer, Erick Traplin, at Grace Tipling Hall also. Now, only the last two performances are available and hopefully by the end of the week we will be close to selling out on them.

We are rounding off the week with a very interesting craft session at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, March 14, we will be making Dream Catchers. These are lovely ornaments and you can see samples at the library. There is a nominal cost of $2 for the supplies, so please come in and register.

Our Tuesday and Friday story times will be cancelled for the. All regular events will resume the following week.

Teen Programs: Pizza & Pages will be held on Thursday night, March 13. This date is a change from the regular month end.

Lego Club: we will cancel this coming Wednesday, March 12 but will resume again, March 19th.
