Being In Balance held their annual open house on Saturday, Nov. 2 at 155 Main Street West in Shelburne.

Owner, Jodi Jones invited the community to visit and experience the company’s services and receive special discounts.

“The Annual Open House was a huge success,” she told the Free Press, “It was a full day of doing readings for clients and seeing many new faces.”

Jodi Jones, has been working holistically, as a spiritual medium, psychic, registered acupuncturist, reconnective healer and certified past life regression therapist in Shelburne for more than 11 years. She and her husband and three children, settled in Shelburne almost 14 years ago.

“We absolutely fell in love with this town on our first visit when we were looking for a slower pace and smaller place to raise our family. My husband and I have been very active in our community and have had a great time working with everyone on many things from hockey to theatre groups,” Jones said

She added, “My career began with my own personal need to find better options for health care and wellness,” says Jodi Jones. “This discovery opened up a whole new world for me – my first step was going to university and becoming a registered acupuncturist. My private practice has grown and expanded incredibly through the years and has shifted to include using my gifts as a psychic/medium to help my clients, not only on a physical level, but on all levels. Now with decades of experience in a wide range of disciplines, I see the ‘big picture’ when identifying my clients problems and helping them to heal.”

Although Jodi Jones is the sole proprietor of Being In Balance, she says she has “awesome colleagues” who work out of her office, including, Rhiannon Weston, reiki master, aromatherapy massage practitioner and certified yoga instructor; Cherie Sample, RRPr – Registered Reflexologist; and Celine Higgins, personal/results coach, certified NLP practitioner, and certified hypnotherapist.

Ms. Jones says, guest practitioners at the open house “did an awesome job sharing their gifts of aura readings and henna tattoos.”

She says, “Many visitors took advantage of the sales in our retail space and stocked up on our wellness products and unique gifts. I am incredibly grateful for the support of my clients.” For more information on Being In Balance visit: www.beinginbalance.ca.
