The Orangeville Outlaws Football Club are still looking for players for the 2022 summer season.

There are positions open on the Bantam team for players born 2008 – 2009.

This is full on tackle football and Outlaws teams have already moved to outdoor practice at the Orangeville Fairgrounds.

Shelburne residents are eligible to play on Orangeville teams. The region has seen many players from the area and points further north that have played with the Outlaws and had a successful career.

The Club is now part of the Ontario Summer Football League which covers most of the football centres in Ontario.

You don’t have to be experienced to play. Coaches will show you the positions and help you learn the game.

Equipment is provided for players however you will need to have your own cleats to play.

The Outlaws have changed home fields this season.

They will now play home games at Humberview field in Bolton which has a brand-new turf field.

The Club is also running their flag football program this summer for players born from 2010 to 2015.

The flag program has turned out to be very popular. It was started in 2020 after the pandemic shut down regular league football for the season.

Outlaws executive wanted to keep players active so they put together a late season house league program for flag football. It proved to be so popular it was again organized for last year.

Flag football is run in a house league format.

The entry fee includes shorts, a shirt and mouth guard. Players must have their own soccer or football cleats to participate.

Flag football games will take place on the field at Westside Secondary School
in Orangeville.
