OPP charge three drivers with racing

On August 29th Dufferin OPP officers were conducting Laser Speed Enforcement on Airport Road, when they observed a black 2015 Lamborghini Hurracane travelling at an excessive speed passing up hill. The officer locked the vehicle speed in at 157km in an 80km/hr zone. The vehicle was impounded for 7 days. A 39 year old female driver from Mississauga had her license suspended for 7 days in accordance with the highway traffic act legislation.
Also on August 29th, Dufferin OPP officers were conducting Radar Enforcement on Highway 10, when they observed a BMW motorcycle travelling at an excessive speed passing. The officers locked the vehicle speed at 155km/hr in an 80km/hr zone. The BMW motorcycle was impounded for 7 days. The 45 year old male driver from the Toronto had his drivers license was suspended for 7 days in accordance with the highway traffic act legislation.
And again, on On August 29th, Dufferin OPP officers were conducting Radar Enforcement on County Road 12 in the Township of Amaranth, when they observed a 2014 BMW M6G car travelling at an excessive speed. The officer locked the vehicle speed at 144km/h in an 80km/h zone. The vehicle was impounded for 7 days. The 42 year old male driver from the Vaughan had his drivers license was suspended in accordance with the highway traffic act legislation.
